Rachel joined the Seven Bends Veterinary Hospital team in January 2025, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in both primary and specialty veterinary care. Her veterinary career began in 2002 as a kennel assistant, and over the years, she has worked in every support role within a veterinary practice, gaining a deep understanding of clinic operations and patient care. This hands-on background has provided her with a unique perspective on patient care, client service, team development, and hospital operations.

Driven by her passion for the field, Rachel pursued a degree in Veterinary Technology before transitioning to a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management. Her blend of clinical knowledge and business expertise allows her to effectively balance operational excellence with a people-centered approach to leadership.

As Practice Manager, Rachel is dedicated to fostering a positive, supportive workplace culture where team members can thrive and patients receive exceptional care. She is passionate about employee development, client satisfaction, and creating efficient systems that enable the hospital to provide the highest standard of veterinary medicine.
